Welcome to The Sacred Essence of Pura Vida, during this retreat you will explore yourself and the sacred lands of Costa Rica. We have so many wonderful nature outings planned for you. The food in this Country is fresh and flavorful. We will enjoy local cuisine each day and we also have one dinner and one lunch at local restaurants planned for you.

At this retreat, get ready to experience a cacao ceremony led by Summer, where she will guide you through a breath work journey like no other.

You’ll also get to experience an ice bath, where we will surrender to the ice and come together as a group to hold the space for each woman as they immerse themselves into the water.

We will start each day with morning yoga to help us connect to our bodies and set our intentions.

A huge part of attending a retreat like this is the community and sisterhood connections that are created. Connecting with ourselves and taking in the beautiful nature of Costa Rica is something to look forward to.

Our Sacred Essence of Pura Vida Retreat is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. As an added bonus you will experience a 60 minute full body massage which will help you on this healing journey.

At Mango Tree Villas we hope you will find peace and inspiration. You will be surrounded by pristine jungles and we will visit local amazing serene beaches.

In this retreat, we will be eating healthy, delicious organic vegetarian meals prepared by our private chef. Some of the fun activities we have planned are daily yoga practices, waterfalls visits, wellness activities, beach days, a sunset dinner overlooking the ocean, a visit to the surf town of Dominical and a farewell lunch at Fuego Restaurant where afterwards the private shuttle will pick you up for your trip back to San Jose airport.

This retreat is a beautiful balance of movement and relaxation, and a little guided adventure. Say hello to your host Summer, the Unbound Soul Coach, she teaches you how to believe & experience your wildest dreams by tapping into the deepest parts of yourself (you know, the parts of you that everyone else told you to hide away).

Summer creates sacred spaces designed just for you to deep dive into self-exploration, process emotions and discover hidden parts of yourself that you never knew existed!

As an intuitive embodiment coach and Reiki master teacher ,Summer will guide you through exercises that help you connect with yourself and transform any stagnant energy into forward momentum.

She loves serving her community and leading sacred circles. She has been mentoring women and offering energy work since 2021 and started working with couples in 2024.

Christina is the creator of Essence and Flow LLC. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and certified yoga instructor with 6+ years experience life coaching and teaching Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes in the Seattle area. She is also an intentional jewelry designer, crafting unique handmade pieces that utilize the healing properties of plants and natural gemstones to support the wearer on their spiritual journey. Christina's approach is playful and intuitive, picking up on subtle energy shifts to encourage her clients/students to get curious and find the answers within themselves.

Her yoga classes are meditative and challenging, while remaining inclusive and accessible for all levels and demographics. In early 2024, Christina left her corporate job and officially moved to Uvita, Costa Rica with her 2 cats to pursue her dreams of living by the beach, immersed in the green jungle, and guiding others on transformational yoga retreats. Christina’s mission is to support others to realize their potential and live their happiest, most meaningful lives.

Ashley St.Clair, is a boudoir and empowerment photographer. Her "soul" purpose in this life is to inspire women to be the best version of themselves.

Many women that come to Ashley, have some sort of body, dysmorphia or beliefs that they are not beautiful enough for …. XYZ ...you fill in the blank.

The truth is, we all are Divine feminine power houses . We harnessed this energy inside of us, and it yearns to be set free. Her goal is to help you step into that power. The power that you are a goddess. The power that you can be a divine sensual human being. The power that you can create your reality!

Ashley understands that this is a vulnerable space; however, vulnerability is something that she shares on a daily basis. She shares her story of joy and loss, pain and beauty. Ashley is looking forward to working one on one with each, and everyone of you to show you truly who authentically you are free of judgment. She makes a sincere effort to create a safe space for you to reach down deep inside and unleash that Divine feminine energy!!!
