Costa Rican Yoga Adventure Retreat - This retreat offers a beautiful balance of Yoga, fun and adventure... You may choose the activity level that suits you and your needs.  Our retreats are boutique inclusive meaning - all of the activities, local excursions, delicious meals, visits to restaurants, days at the beach, 60 minute massage and much more are included.  

Catherine will guide you through amazing morning Iyengar yoga practices on the covered yoga deck (and some evening yoga classes too).   

During this adventure retreat you'll feel pampered and safe in our little piece of paradise in the jungle.  We encourage you to listen to your body and rest when needed and Pump up the activity level when you feel energized.  

In this 9 day retreat you will be taken on several fun excursions to introduce you to the beauty of Costa Rica and to challenge your sense of adventure too!  Allow yourself the gift of adventure, and of self discovery with this life changing yoga retreat in the jungle of Costa Rica.  In addition to this, we will also include rest days to regenerate, relax with a book, or enjoy a complementary massage.  

In the evenings we will slow the pace with "Themed Happy Hour or Mocktail Hours' watching the sunsets followed by dinner.

Our chef will prepare 3 delicious healthy meals and snacks per day.  We serve all vegetarian meals, using wholefoods, organic fresh fruits & vegetables,  which will energize you for the fun activities and adventure we have planned (as always, let us know if you have food allergies we need to be aware of).   

Please bring a journal, as we will be capturing our important daily thoughts, feelings, and emotions in the evening under the stars.

• Shared villas with full kitchens,  private bathrooms, living area & verandah,  air conditioning (2 or 3 persons to a villa )

• An  incredible ATV tour through the jungle trails to waterfalls with amazing views
• Guided hike to Nauyuca Waterfall (breathtaking)
• 2 - Day trips to the beach (yoga, reading, walking, swimming, boogie boarding, sun bathing, etc.)
• Fly through the sky zipline on the OSA Canopy Tour.   Awesome 360 jungle views from atop the jungle canopy.
• Pool and massage day (hanging out at the pool, relaxing, getting a 60 minute massage - chillin.
• Mangrove boat tour- a great way to see many Costa Rican animals in their habitat (toucans, Scarlett macaws, monkeys, sloths, crocodiles, water birds of all kinds - learn about nature and the eco systems of the mangroves.
• Sunset dinner at a local restaurant overlooking the ocean
• Souvenir shopping on the beach in Dominical 
• Shuttle pickup & transport to airport for departure

• All COVID19 mandates lifted in Costa Rica - Although we recommend buying trip insurance when you book your flight.  If the unfortunate occurs this will help cover the costs incurred if you need to cancel at the last minute.
