We welcome you to our incredible retreat center located in the jungles of Costa Rica. Mango Tree Villas, where Nature abounds. We've created a magical place where our guests can feel a sense of serenity and safety. You'll experience a little luxury in the jungle. All of our villas are air conditioned, with high speed internet, and we offer soft comfortable towels and bedding, and pool towels.

We will be eating healthy, natural foods prepared by our chef, Jeanine. She is offering us a special gift of a Plant-Based Cooking Class and she will carve out some time to spend with you for a Q&A session about plant-based cooking, as well. Yoga sessions, mindful meditation and nature walks along with a 60 minute full body massage will help you tap into the healing energy of nature, leaving you refreshed and revitalized. Mango Tree Villas & Retreat Center

This retreat was created for the solo traveler who wants to visit Costa Rica, but is a little concerned with planning and transportation and where to stay, and wondering is it safe! This retreat is for those of you who want to get away from the city and commune with nature, make new lasting friendships and experience safe travels in Central America. It's not necessarily a yoga retreat! We will stretch and strengthen the muscles every day. Even if you have never done yoga before and need to sit in a chair for yoga practice, this retreat is for you.

The sole purpose of this retreat is to bring people together, show you our beautiful country, take away from you all the stresses of planning a trip. Let us do all of that for you.

If you are a solo traveler, this is an ideal way for you to see a little of Costa Rica, try a few yoga classes, and experience nature in Costa Rica in a safe environment.

Gail's Bio

Gail is a lifelong student of yoga, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, program director at Mango Tree Yoga School, a certified holistic nutritionist, and business owner. She is living her dream that lead her to Costa Rica to become a boutique hotel owner, retreat leader and facilitator. Gail is her happiest leading yoga retreats, bringing people together to explore their own self-awareness and to create positive change in their lives. She believes in the yoga principals and nourishing our bodies with healthy foods and healthy thoughts. She practices meditation and feels that calming the thought waves of the mind helps us achieve better focus and clarity allowing for increased knowledge and learning. 2 Night Stays - Complimentary hotel stays near the airport (the night you arrive and the night before your flight home) - double occupancy rooms.
